Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your natural fiber storage solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at infocenter@retaileasafeon.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at infocenter@retaileasafeon.world and we will provide instructions.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
